The Deaconess Foundation

The Danish Deaconess Foundation - a beautiful old monastery-esque brick compound with characteristic stepped gables - is to be transformed into a vibrant living, working and learning neighbourhood for all generations.

The new masterplan continues and reinterprets the history and existing landscape qualities of the foundation and turns it into an integral part of the surrounding Frederiksberg.
