Cornerstone

The client wished for an iconic office and shopping complex while the area could use more public space. The Cornerstone is a balancing act between the two. We proposed to create a shopping base that merges with street level and an office building that lifts itself up to create a skyline. The result is a building with public spaces in front, below and behind - an iconic public space for all.
